6.     Shareholder’s certificate
7.     Copy of shareholder’s passport

GCC Nationality INVESTMENT

Following documents are required to process your license:

1.         Passport copy
2.         National ID
3.         Power of Attorney (for Noor Business Consultancy to take over your business setup process. Format will be provided by us)
4.         Non-employment certificate, proven from your GCC country.
5.         Police clearance certificate, proven from your GCC country.
6.         Proposed company name In Arabic (name should be meaningful)
7.         Business activity

 

SUBSIDIARY / LLC

Following documents required to process your subsidiary/LLC license:

1. Parent company business license
2. Memorandum of Association or Articles of Association
3. Power of Attorney (for Noor Business Consultancy to take over your business setup process. Format will be provided by us)
4. Audit report of your parent company
5. Shareholder’s certificate, if any
6. Copy of shareholder’s passport
7. Proposed company name In Arabic (name should be meaningful)

DUAL OWNERSHIP

Following documents required to process your Dual Ownership license:

1.     Passport Copy
2.     UAE residence visa or National ID
3.     Power of Attorney (for Noor Business Consultancy to take over your business setup process. Format will be provided by us)
